Why can the cams revolve without motor?
After power on, drive the cams by hand to let the magnets through the sensor then the coils can generate electricity to make a magnetic field to revolve the cams.
Why the cams can revolve
continuously when the force is constant?
It has an
ingenious
structure. There are magnets on the rotary cams and a senor below them. When the north pole of the magnets closes to the sensor, it can control the power   supply. Rotary cams will revolve by the
inertia after movement, and that the cycle repeats, the cams can swing and revolve continuously.
What is the advantage compare to the single coil?
The more coins can increase the power and the rotation speed, and the structure is more complex
