As far as I know all parts are present in both models, bags are open and parts have been handled.  Boxes show some minor wear.
The skeleton in the Visible Human Body kit has a broken bone in the upper left shoulder.
This is visible in the pictures.
There is a second bag containing the replacement part and additional pieces included.
What you see pictured is what will be shipped via PRIORITY Mail.
