Florence Gothic Sewing Machine Cabinet 1860s No Machine about 150 years old

I've had this empty cabinet for years and never searched for the machine to go into it.
In 2006 I saw this style cabinet complete in the sewing machine museum in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
The cabinet is in very good condition for its age, about 150 years old. Please look closely at all the photos.
Comments on the photos.
1. Front view, the top is resting on the base. Notice the two hinges on the top, left and right of the doily under the lamp. For a few years I had this on the diagonal in the corner with the top off and standing behind the cabinet so the lamp was at table height.
2. View of top open. Notice the stains and holes from the original machine, missing. Original drawer in the top is there.
3. The front left door is open and all four drawers pulled out slightly. Zoom to look closely at door, appears to have been glued at some time.

8. Lower right, notice the acorn swivel hinge, both front doors have them at top and bottom.
