    The item available here is a new Edwards Signaling projector horn
    .  It comes as shown in the original packaging.  Please note that o
    ne of the four clips that holds the cone to the horn is broken (see last picture).  It still locks into position, but is a weaker hold than ones with all four.
    This item has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.
