Unknown age, maker and metal.  Item is not marked.  Has not been cleaned.  Magnet does not stick to metal.  Repousse openwork Strawberry Dish Pedestal.   Measures approx. 9 3/8" across the top edge to edge, Approx. 5" across the bottom of the pedestal.
