Antique 1880's White VS Treadle Sewing Machine Thread Tensioner Part

A few years ago I acquired a circa 1870's to 1880's White Model A VS Treadle Sewing Machine. The head had too much finish wear and some light rust for me to sell it complete so I am parting it out.
This is the thread tensioner
It has lots of paint loss but does work
